Xzavia software, branding, and related materials are owned by Skyliners Tech LLC unless otherwise stated. Users retain ownership of submitted content.

Termination

Users may discontinue use at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, or operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xzavia and Skyliners Tech LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
